Teaching on the Phowa of the Three Kayas, a Precious Terma Teaching of Rigdzin Changchub Dorje

The Teaching – Phowa means the transference of consciousness, in order to eventually attain liberation and realization. The most widely taught method is the Nirmanakaya method. In this teaching, the Phowa of the Three Kayas (Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya & Dharmakaya methods) will be introduced with Dzogchen as the basis. This is a Precious Terma Teaching (hidden treasure) of Changchub Dorje.
