20th June 5-7pm.
Introduction of the retreat teaching and transmission of Ati Guru Yoga.

21st June 10-12am.
Teaching of Namkhache till the end of preparations (Nyamtrid P. 3) And the tridlung of root text.

22nd June 10-12pm.
The main instruction from (P.3-6).
5-8pm.
Gana Puja for the day of Dhakini and Tibetan Song and Dance.

23rd June 10-12am.
Giving instruction of the transmission and Direct Introduction.

24th June 10-12am.
The main instruction (Nyamtrid P.6-10).

25th June 10-12am.
The main instruction (Nyamtrid P.10-16).

26th June 10-12am.
The main instruction (Nyamtrid P.16-23).

27th June 10-12am.
The main instruction (Nyamtrid P.23-29).
5-8pm.
Gana Puja for the for the New Moon and all other activities.

28th June 10-12am.
Giving advices and some tridlung of collective practices. We finish our retreat with a practice of Guru Yoga.
